6. Shipping Policy

Under normal circumstances, order processing takes 1–3 business days. After processing is complete, products will be shipped from an overseas warehouse and delivered to the designated shipping address within the United States after international transportation, import customs clearance, and subsequent delivery procedures. The estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days, excluding order processing time. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs inspections, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Standard shipping fees are calculated based on the merchandise value of the order: orders below $80 are charged a standard shipping fee of $8; orders totaling $80 or more qualify for free shipping. Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

We use shipping arrangements under which we or our logistics partners handle import procedures and cover applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related customs clearance fees. Under normal circumstances, the amount you pay at checkout is the final amount payable, and you will not need to pay additional cross-border taxes or customs clearance fees during delivery or customs clearance.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

You can generally submit an order cancellation request within 24 hours after placing your order. This time window refers only to the deadline for submitting a request and does not guarantee that a cancellation request made within that period will be successful.

After receiving your request, we will verify the order information and make reasonable efforts to intercept the order based on its current processing status. Cancellation requests are generally easier to process if the order has not yet entered the subsequent fulfillment process. If the order has entered order processing, warehouse picking, packing, sorting, carrier handoff, or transit, cancellation may no longer be possible. Even if the order has reached one of these stages, we will still make reasonable efforts to intercept it based on its actual status.

For orders that qualify for cancellation and have been successfully canceled, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days and returned to the original payment method. The actual time for the funds to arrive may depend on the processing speed of the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

8. Return & Exchange Policy
